Our People

Cleardata employes a team of 40 people across the UK. Our document scanning bureau is one of the largest in the country and we're proud to have a team of long serving specialists; in some cases more than 20 years of individual experience.

Our headquarters and document storage warehouses are based in the North East.  All employees are trained to manage your documents in a professionally and to a high quality: we have a unique 200% quality checking service and we're both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001 accredited. 

We take security seriously: We operate a controlled secure environment using Redcare security and biometric entry systems.  All employees are required to be disclosure checked prior to working with the company and we don't use temporary staff.
